Deze website is hommage aan de
Routemaster, het icoon van Londen in de tweede helft van de twintigste eeuw.
Net zo als Big Ben en de rode telefooncel, bepaalde de Routemaster het gezicht
van Londen. Nu de Routemaster
definitief uit het straatbeeld van Londen is verdwenen (op Heritage Route 15 en
9
na), werd het tijd om deze prachtige
bus een eigen Nederlandse website te gunnen. Surf gerust door de site heen
en laat u verrassen.
This website is dedicated to the
Routemaster, thé icon of London in the second half of the 20th century. Just
like
Big Ben and the red telephone boot, the Routemaster gave London its own face.
Ask someone to draw a London
bus and 9 out of 10 draw a Routemaster. Now that the Routemaster finally has
been phased out (except for the
Heritage Routes 15 and 9), it was time to give this beautiful bus its own Dutch
website. Feel free to surf through the pages
and see for yourself.
